I really put this sports bra through the test with a hot yoga class, a barre class, and a boxing class this month. In all three it was supportive and I could just focus on class, not worrying about re-adjusting or spillage over the top. It’s a soft fabric that’s on the thicker side, and I got the brown color which is a pretty, rich mocha color in person. I think the thicker elastic band around the bottom is part of the reason why this bra fits so well, it doesn’t dig into you at all, it just stays in place. I’m a size 8 and the size medium was absolutely the right size for me.

Given that this sports bra has no back I was nervous that it would not do what I need a sports bra to do- which is provide support while I'm working out, but it definitely does its job! I opted to go down a size and went with an XS because I wanted to make sure it was a very snug fit and I'm happy I did because the XS fits great and I think the S would have been a little too lose. (I normally wear a size 34A for reference and measure about 31" around the chest). The fabric has such a buttery feel, it is very luxurious and is super flattering. You can tell that it is super high quality and will hold up after many washes, which for something I am wearing to workout and will sweat is is very important. The neck does come up a little high so it might limit the shirt you choose to wear, if you decide to wear a shirt over the bra. Overall a great buy, and will definitely be buying more products from this company. Very satisfied with this purchase!

Love this sports bra, which acts more as a workout top depending what you're looking for. It's extremely comfortable, unlike most sports bras, and the quality of the fabric is supreme - especially considering it's made of plastic water bottles (which is a plus!). I wouldn't say it's supportive enough for a long run or HIIT workout, but I wear it for long walks, yoga/pilates, and honestly just around the house - given the comfort it kind of doubles as a regular top for me. It fits just right, not too tight around the ribcage and the adjustable straps allow you to customize the fit even further.

This is my first item from the brand after hearing about it from a friend. I’m definitely buying more! I love the soft cream color & fit of this bra. It’s supportive enough for daily wear & working out too. The back is super flattering & the straps are comfortable, I love the higher neckline & the softness/stretch ones of the fabric. The band does not roll or ride up & I’ve been wearing this paired with leggings & an oversized shirt for an everyday look.

I kept getting ads on IG for Girlfriend Collective. Finally decided to try them out and it’s the best sports bra I’ve ever owned!! I lived in this for a week lol and then decided to order 5 more bras in other colors/styles but the Topanga bra is my fav. I’m a B cup and this gives me the perfect amount of support. Compared to other sports bras, the bottom band cinches but doesn’t suffocate or squeeze me AT ALL. It is so comfy and I can see myself wearing this at the gym and also as a cute crop top. This is a staple bra!! I will tell all my girlies.

I’m always a bit wary of shopping for bras online, especially sports bras, but this was exactly what I was looking for. I’m roughly a 34/36F (US) and I went with an XL- it is surprisingly supportive and only has a sliver of side boob near my armpits, which I expect of pretty much any bra. I was impressed with how much lift it gave considering that I’ve nursed two children in the last 3.5 years and my boobs are on the softer/more pendulous side. The band is comfortable without cutting in and I’m not worried about my ladies dropping out the bottom. The X straps on the back are quite flattering, even though I have a wider back and shoulders. I wear this for lounging, gardening, and cleaning the house and for that it’s great. It is advertised as a low impact sports bra and I think that’s accurate; were I a person who did yoga, I would feel comfortable wearing it under a tank or tshirt.

I saw all the positive reviews about the Girlfriend Collective brand so I decided to try them out. Very glad I did! The sports bra looks & feels seamless and the material is very smooth and soft, yet still supportive during my workouts. Fit true to size. Will be ordering another one in a different color!
