Ordered a small. In the office we have to wear lab jackets over our scrubs so I searched and searched for a full zipper, this was the best I found and I'm glad I picked it. Lots of room to grow. I'm 5'4", 147lbs in week 17 of pregnancy and chest is 34DD. I'm happy I don't have to pull it down constantly and honestly it's super breathable cause nothing is worse then sweating when your in the middle of a filling. I'll be buying more colors for sure.
