The media could not be loaded. I don't know how this rope can be called a "climbing rope" when you can't even trust the knots. This is more of a rigging rope as opposed to it's primary use being for climbing. YOU CANNOT USE THIS for a hitch with your tail end. It's fine with using a separate smaller rope for your friction hitch (like a prusik). Definitely not safe to use a Blake's hitch on your tail end. Parts of the rope have the core coming out in little tiny strands. I used this to climb then went to my 8mm rappelling rope because I trusted it more. IF you do end up doing a friction hitch on the tail end during DRT/MRT make sure you add another twist for more friction. This rope is dangerous by itself ... show more

I got this so I can cut my trees down easier I throw a 2 lb weight and throw it into a tree and then I'm able to tie it off very easily and it's 100 ft so it becomes very accessible for my helpers to pull the tree over as I'm cutting thank you

I actually really liked this rope but was disappointed on the 5th time I used it in the month I’ve owned it, it started to fray and then snapped. I’ll figure out how to use it again as two independent pieces but loved having one long, continuous rope.
