The latest version of this razor gives a close comfortable shave BUT the lubricating strip leaves a slippery time consuming to rinse off coating on my face. I was happier with the past version.

One of the better throwaways. I have a very tough beard but like an easy shave so I get 4 shaves, shaving every other day. I could get more but the blades are so cheap I figure why bother. An 8 pack lasts me a month and for the price it just can't be beat.

As the good reviews indicate, these razors are probably a good choice for many, but unfortunately, not in my case. First, chemicals in the lube strip irritate my skin after a shave. Likely not a problem for most people. Second, the articulating heads on these razors are not very strong. I'm in the habit of tapping the razor on the edge of the sink to help clear stubble from the blades. With these razors, the head falls off with just a gentle tap.
