The Gillette ProGlide Shield men's razor adds lubrication before and after the blades, giving you a comfortable, smooth shave with skin sensitivity and comfort in mind. The FlexBall technology responds to contours and gets virtually every hair and the five anti-friction blades are our thinnest, finest blades (first four blades) for less tug and pull (vs. Sensor3) to help reduce shave irritation. The Gillette ProGlide Shield blade refills also provide lubrication before and after the blades to help shield skin from irritation while you shave and help minimize razor burn and redness. Giving you a close shave, the microfins gently stretch and smooth skin while the microcomb guides your hair to the blade. The Precision Trimmer on the back is perfect for hard-to-reach places and styling facial hair. Each refill can last up to one month, keeping your razor and your shaves at their best. ProGlide Shield refills fit all Gillette 5-blade razor handles (except GilletteLabs). Includes 1 Gillette ProGlide Shield razor handle plus 4 razor blade refills for men for a close, comfortable shave. Formerly known as Gillette Fusion5 ProShield.

If you have sensitive skin or are prone to irritation, this 5-blade system is exactly what you need. The lubrication strips before and after the blades act like a protective shield, allowing the razor to glide effortlessly over the skin without any pulling or tugging. It delivers an incredibly close and clean shave in just one pass. The FlexBall technology is also a standout feature; it follows the contours of my face and jawline perfectly, making it much easier to reach those tricky spots without having to make multiple passes. I’m a DE Safety razor man but wanted to try something I could quickly grab for touch ups. This is currently my favorite cartridge razor. I have taken it down under with no nicks, bumps or rash.     • Great razors, wish they lasted longer

I believe that gillette fusion razors are better than other available razors in its class. However, I am noticing a slight decrease in quality and longevity in these razors. I am not sure if they have changed something in the build, but they do not last as long (for me) as they used to. Im sure these will work great for everyone else, but I myself have thicker growth on my beard, and I tend to use these to shave my head occasionally. My use for these is heavy, bout twice a week. The blades I would buy from the store (Target, Walmart) used to have a blue lip, as seen in my photo. These, and now even in the stores, have an orange lip. I am not sure if there is any difference between the two, but I found that the old (blue) ones would last longer. I rely on these because my facial hair is thicker than the average user, but for the hefty price point I would like these to live up to their reputation of longevity. Also, when trying other razors, I always come back to these specifically because of the precision trimmer. I use it A LOT. However, they do get clogged fairly quickly, I hope these get better. Smooth, close shave without tugging. Blades feel sharp and glide well, especially on sensitive areas. Minimal irritation and no razor burn for me. Handle has a solid grip and the refills last a reasonable amount of time. Reliable shave overall.
