I saw these new blades by Gillette Labs and tried them. I was extremely impressed, not only was it the easiest most comfortable shave I have ever had, the blades last between 14-18 days with no feeling of getting dull. Don't fall for the Gillette-hype - it's just a razor. It works fine, but it's nothing special or unique that hasn't already been on the market a decade or more. Oh yeah, and the magnetic holder?     • A fine well engineered razor.
Buy this unless you can’t afford the cartridges then get a fusion 5 or proglide instead. Either way Gillette has you covered. After using dollar shave club and Amazon basics for years I regret thinking Gillette was a rip off. I wish I had these razors in my 20s…would’ve been a faster, smoother, less frustrating experience. I grew up being told Gillette was a rip off and I don’t think that’s true anymore. I love this razor because I can get an incredibly close smooth comfy shave. Gillette is still guilty of making cheap handles for some of its razors. I have heard stories of Mach 3s rusting from the inside out. There is water build up somewhere in my razor and my suspicion is that water is getting trapped in the sides of the handle where the hard metal finish meets the rubber underbelly of the razor. I really hope it’s not rusting or at the very least lasts a decade before rusting out. Such a shame. Such a nice handle should last decades not years. Hopefully it does wish me luck. ... show more

I don't just have peach fuzz, so for me, women's razors just don't cut it. If that's the case for you, don't be ashamed to buy a men's razor....that is, as long as it's a Gillette Labs. This razor will give you a close, comfortable shave and leave your skin feeling soft, refreshed, and never raw. Yes, it's expensive, but it's well worth the money. The blades do no shave nearly as close as the "Father and Son" advertisement would have you believe. The Gillette ProGlides or Intimates are a much closed, more comfortable shave.
