I like these boxers and have been wearing them for years. I would reccomend getting a large if your waist size is 34 or pants size is 34 x 30. I like a loose fit and I find with medium that it does fit but doesn't allow for as much mobility, especially when I gym and do lunges or squats. I've ripped a lot of boxers with those two exercises because of snug fitting boxers. ... show more

These are firm thin cotton with no stretch at all. They feel just like paper and have no button on the flap. 50% chance they'll rip in a perfectly straight line after a few washes and wears. Not great but cheap at least.
