As many have stated, there’s a bit of a weird smell to the lotion. But, it’s not overwhelming, doesn’t linger, and isn’t some synthetic perfume (I’m allergic to many synthetic fragrances) so I can handle it. The lotion works well for me and I could tell the first time I used it that it would be a while before I used the whole bottle. Little bit of background, i’m a 32 year old woman and have had to shave my face every day since highschool. Part of that is hormonal and part is genetics, (thanks mom) and if going anywhere about 9 hours after shaving I always felt the need to shave again. This is an example of how fast the hair would grow. So, I decided to take a chance on this lotion and I was supper excited by the second week in when I didn’t get my usual 5 o’clock shadow. :) I haven’t been able to go a full 48 without shaving yet but I can feel it coming with every day I see finer, lighter, shorter hair in the mirror and I can’t wait. I had my wife buy this for me and I am VERY SATISFIED with this product, which I have been using for over a month. It took one month before some hair grew back, but it was so fine that I can feel it, but can't see it! The cap on the container that I received was loose and some of the lotion had leaked out into the plastic bag that the lotion was shipped in, but one call to customer service was all that was needed to solve the problem. In fact, they sent me two replacement containers with different dispenser tops, one of which was a pump dispenser. I recommend that when you order your lotion that you specify the pump dispenser, since it's much easier to dispense the proper amount of lotion. I wish I could give this product 7 stars, because of the effectiveness of the product & the great customer service I received!! ... show more

So, if you read the discription, this is not a permanent hair removal, but instead stops hair growth temporarily longer, for longer shaving or wazing periods. 5 stars because it does EXACTLY what it says. I have coarse and thick leg hair, as well as alot of arm hair. I reccomend waxing your arm, it's quicker, then rub the lotion on waxed or epilated areas. I've used this on my armpits, legs, arm, and bikini area. Let me tell you, I havn't had to shave my bikini area for a month!! Note that this lotion has to be put on these areas EVERYDAY, or it'll stop working. As far as hair growing back thinner, my arm and arm pit look alot thinner. I'll keep this updated. I 100% reccomend this, also it has a really nice clean scent 😊 ... show more

I don’t know if these products were good at any point but they were either a. Really old, or b. Stored in a really hot warehouse for a long time. When I received them a couple of the bottles had the liquid around the cap and down the sides but completely hardened. They were all separated like the after aloe stuff was like a green liquid with a marshmallow like substance no matter how much I shook it and I assume at one point they were a mixed cream. Long story short I did not get a new product or a good one but maybe if you can find them new somewhere they would actually work? Also I put the aloe stuff on my wife after and she said it burned really bad so not sure if they all do or just the ones we recieved ... show more

This product was not ok. It seemed old and I never used any of it so I can’t comment on if it worked or not. But I can warn to not buy this, the wax off was weird and chunky, the pre cleanser had dark dried rings around the top. The other products looked normal but I wasn’t taking chances with them. The two pictured products really freaked me out, I’ve never seen something look chunky like that wax off stuff. ... show more

If you look at the product picture all the caps are the same but in mine the one with the green stuff, not entirely sure what it is???, is a different cap than the rest. This product is AWESOME. I decided to do one underarm with and one without. The difference is incredible. ALL my hairs came out when I used it, I didn't need to go at it more than one time. I didn't feel any pain afterwards. It definitely protected my skin. You do need to use more wax than normally would because of the oily feeling but its okay. The con was that the product spilled when they were delivering it so I only have half bottle. Definitely will buy again! ... show more
