  • Amazing Product With Subpar QA
The BEST LOOKING and running board I've used...but damaged by terrible QA and issues that don't match its quality. The Good: -This board looks better than a white girl from Scandinavia - absolutely gorgeous. The full cover waterblock is of phenomenal construction whereas the rest of the plating on the board leaves none of the board itself showing. The board is incredibly hefty and solid; no having to worry about a bent backplane from too much pressure. The locations of all the onboard peripherals are well-place. The LEDs and control of them are phenomenal. -Overclockability. This board is a solid amount of height for overclocking and is expert at keeping NOT ONLY THE CPU, but EVERYTING ELSE cool. I currently run a 10900KF and can get a stable 5.5ghz on all cores....(must've won the silicon lottery on that one). -RAM Support. Probably some of the best I've seen recently. Support for peripherals and RAM is top notch with an extensive list. Much better than the Z390 Generation. The Bad & Ugly: -The QA. This board has.....ISSUES that is absolutely SHOULDN'T HAVE. To start, I had to RMA the first board since it was DOA. Yes, it happens. Fortunately Amazon was hasty to replace me with a new one. After getting everything installed and running, I realized the LEAK DETECTION CIRCUIT quite literally makes no sense - if you screw in your fitting too tightly..(LIKE YOU SHOULD), the machine won't turn on. It apparently detects metal as a leak. I tried loosening them up enough to get the machine to turn on, and voila, a leak happened. :D So then, you're stuck trying to re-engineer a way to get it to work....And there's ways. (Check Reddit). This is hot garbage QA. A fitting shouldn't make the leak detection circuit trip whatsoever. Fittings are too close together as well, so some of you with larger fittings, won't be able to make it work. You'll have to use angled fittings instead. -More QA. The onboard LAN is questionably functional at best. BOTH controllers. In my case, my Aquantia 10GB doesn't work whatsoever, and the 2.5GB works...but will randomly shut off and I have to Disable then Reenable it. If I didn't have 5G Wifi in my place, I'd be screwed as the only way I could get it to even do that, was to download the newest drivers and update the Firmware. These issues were more than enough to dock 2 Stars. I know Gigabyte is trying and they're slowly improving from being the "Hyundai of computer motherboards", but their tech support is 193 degree Farenheit, hot garbage as well. I will say though, after the extensive work and troubleshooting, but this board is phenomenal...just took some rolling up of the sleeves. ... show more

  • The product is above average, but the price is highway robbery
I dislike the price! It's getting out of hand that Amazon allows companies to scalp prices on there site. Sad that is one of the few options available to buy these products.

  • Received faulty and customer service below expectations
I bought the product from overseas and got it shipped to my location. Had to wait before starting the assembly as several components were still missing. when finally was ready to assemble the PC i was already out of the return time window that Amazon offers. The motherboard was faulty as after completing the assembly with he water cooling custom loop it will not boot (no POST). I found online in several forums other people with the same symptoms. I contacted the GIGABYTE global customer service and I find their response unsatisfactory: slow, kind of superficial, and GIGABYTE does not offer global warranty on their products, not even on their flagship motherboard. I would have had to contact the US based customer service, pay for the roundtrip shipment and support any custom duties that would have occurred. Without being sure that it would be covered by the warranty anyway. Being I have some level of technical knowledge managed to figure out where the failure is and find a solution that at least allowed to complete the assembly and get it to work (took about 3 weeks of step by step troubleshooting). had to settle for water block RGB not working and probably also the leak protection, functional that drove my choice on this MB. The FUSION 2.0 software to manage RGB is nothing more than terrible, very limited functionalities. This was the first time buying AORUS and GIGABYTE products and although I am very happy with the RTX 3090 WATERFORCE WB, the general experience with the company was miserable. I do not recommend purchasing this MB and from this company in general as if you are outside North America the support is not good. ... show more

  • Artwork!!! 10/10!!
A piece of art honestly and its well built, weighty doesnt even begin to cover it, havent got her fully set up yet will update when i do so i cant speak for the performance but just an fyi for anyone interested, not the boards fault at all but if youre looking to fit this into a h710 from nzxt it takes a little modification around the io shroud and in front of the bays, you will understand the pictures if you have the case and its at the back so i dont really care but you should know if youre thinking about the same thing again 5 stars for the mobo tho! 10/10!! ... show more

  • Don't buy
Don't buy.. 1st one was DOA. Wouldn't take power to the entire MB... 2nd one couldn't read the cpu. code error light wouldn't light up. 3rdone cpu light switch that plugs into mb shuts down then entire mb stating a water leak was detected. ... waste of money for something that's supposed to be top of the line. Such a waste of time! Months on returning and and getting new ones just to have 3 of them be useless. ... show more

  • 10gb lan port issues. Multiple boards
Gigabyte has some serious issues with these motherboards. I've had two additional boards mailed to me for a total of 3. Each board had a malfunctioning 10gb lan port. The wait time to get ahold of tech support is ungodly. I spent close to a week trying to reach tech support for each board. I wouldn't recommend. Get your stuff together Gigabyte! ... show more
