Had the M27Q-P for a bit over a year now and have had zero issues with it. The color looks amazing, response times are good while gaming, and love gaming at 170 fps(though only a handful of games I play actually get that high). Great Monitor, Tons of Features, Great Refresh rate and picture quality, definitely a purchase most will easily overlook but makes a phenomenal difference in performance when gaming or just enjoying videos, work Production, etc. Watch for Sales! Can be found as low as $299.99 On Amazon or 279.99 (Amazon Competitor) , Definitely Worth the price but anything Over $350 bucks is definitely not worth buying it for. Definitely One of the best if not The best 1440p Monitor Under $350 bucks! My only complaint is my Older 24" Acer LED monitor turns on Faster then this, but this definitely boots up before the Post screen on a computer so you should be fine if this is your only Monitor. ... show more

Works as expected except for the KVM functionality, easy setup and all but once in a while it decides not to detect the usb C input and the only thing that you can do is reinstall the firmware

    • USB-C doesn't work with MacBook Pros
I'm not sure why they bothered including USB-C on this model - I think it's only used for the built-in KVM functionality. Connecting it to my MacBook Pro, a 2021 14 inch model, does not work *at all* even with Apple's USB-C Thunderbolt cable. I tried using it directly with the computer, going through a dock, updating the firmware on the monitor, but nothing helped. At this point I've basically given up. The HDMI works OK, but it resets the position of my windows every time the computer goes to sleep, because when the monitor goes to sleep the computer thinks that it's unplugged, so the windows gets moved to the main display. I never had any of these issues with my HP or Dell monitors, so if you're planning to use it in the context of an external display for your Mac, I suggest you consider another brand. ... show more

This monitor is amazing; fast refresh, perfect colors, incredibly sharp and very bright. Highly recommended. I use it with a MacBook Pro for personal things, and a Windows Lenovo laptop for work. Both look awesome, and I use it more than the whole day and have no eyestrain or discomfort.

    • The KVM function is basically worthless
Really regret this purchase. I paid extra for the KVM functionality and it consistently doesn't work. Power cycling the monitor (by unplugging it) is the only way I can get it to consistently work. Obviously a software issue at that point. Will probably never buy another Gigabyte monitor.
