Bought this because it was cheap and I wanted something to grind dry reaper peppers into powder. It did the job nicely, but will never be used for coffee, though it would do the job. Quick and not to noisy. Cleaning it after coffee would be easy, after carolina reapers... not really possible since the blades and bottom of the grinder aren't removable. ... show more

I only use it to grinder flax seeds and it works well and fast. The cup is a bit hard to put back after washing, but nothing serious.

The plastic lid with a very small tab which is critical to the operation looks a bit flimsy. Time will tell. The price was right on it.
