I did find these a tad bit tight on the thighs, so if your little has the adorable chunky thighs going on, you may need to size up. Just for reference, my son is just shy of 20lbs, but he's about 28in tall. Very nice sleepers. They were a little long. Shrinkage was minimal... but just enough to make them a perfect fit. They have the grips on the bottom of the feet which I like for my baby's security. They aren't very thick but seem very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

These are such cute designs, the quality is a bit thin but keep my babies warm. U have washed them several times and they have not shrunk, some of the colors have faded a little bit. They fit true to size for babies.
