There's nothing quite like buying OEM when it comes to gaskets. You'll need to buy the gromets for the two studs coming up through the valve cover (which you can buy separately, easily, from RockAuto other your local parts store). Definitely buy this one. Fits well as aspected, but just let you know this doesn't comes with grommets like the aftermarket ones, so you may want to buy them separately.
