I had been having trouble maintaining an air seal when using my cpap machine. I use a nose cushion mask along with a chin strap to keep my mouth closed. Unfortunately my mouth would open while I slept allowing the seal to break and air to come rushing out of my mouth waking me up. I would take my mask off in my sleep in order to sleep uninterrupted. Without my machine I stop breathing 15-20 times an hour. My son told me about these strips so I tried them. Such a simple solution but it makes a world of difference. I can keep my mask on through the night while finally getting a good nights sleep. I like that the strips hold firmly but don't hurt when peeling them off. Great product!

This is very good mouthtape! Stays secure every night, and easy to remove in the morning. It also is just the right amount of sticky, so it still allows you to breath if you need to. Over you get very good quality for the price!

I liked the product and that it was sticky enough, but not so sticky that it hurt to pull off. If I needed to I could open my mouth without taking it off, but it is good to secure my mouth closed for regular sleeping purposes. It is a little hard to peel of the plastic backing but once I got the hang of it, there is no longer a problem there. Great product overall.

This mouth tape works great. Have used this for over 6 months. No snoring and is comfortable at night. Good adhesive and I use Vaseline on my lips so it doesn't pull too hard when removed.

I wake up most nights with a very dry mouth. The reviews suggested that this product could help. It was easy to apply the tape to my mouth and felt surprisingly comfortable. Unfortunately, I still woke up in the middle of the night with a very dry mouth. I needed a drink of water so I decided to remove the tape. I had a bit of trouble peeling an edge up to get ahold of the tape. It was stuck very securely. When I tried to pull the tape off I thought my skin was going to peel off with it. I do have very sensitive skin. For me, this isn't going to work, because it works too well.

clear tape X fits over your mouth comfortably. stickiness is pretty good, doesn’t stick well if you have a lot of moisturizer on the area though. lasts through the night and doesn’t pull on the skin to remove. no residue left behind. good value for money
