This body lotion is really light weight. It has good fluidity and absorbs pretty quickly. I really like the faint floral fruity scent to this lotion. The box has a QR link on it to show how to do a lymphatic drainage massage while applying the lotion. What’s interesting about the lotion is once it’s applied with a lymphatic drainage massage it leaves a cooling rushing feeling through my body. The feeling last for a while too. After application all afternoon I felt this cooling chilling type feeling. Not Iike burning or Ivey hot or something but more like a cool sweat. Overall, I would definitely say this lotion work. It definitely feels like it works very well. Not just for lymphatic drainage but, also as a good hydrating lotion. I’m very pleased with this lotion and would happily recommend it!

This is cute packaging but the scent is very strong. I haven’t noticed any difference since using this product but I haven’t been super consistent with it. Overall I wouldn’t purchase again, I think it’s a bit overhyped!

Helps rub your limbs to move the lymph along. Lymph is the body's fluid with immune cells flowing slowly by passive pressure in a system that is not pumped directly, like veins and arteries. So the fluid can build up especially in arms and legs. You can massage with this cream to stimulate the lymph to drain. Pleasant smell.

If an item seems too good to be true.. it is. I’ve tried to make lymphatic drainage a thing that works for me.. reducing my bloating, making me look slimmer. Unfortunately, no amount of body lotion is going to detox me or decrease any bloat effects. The benefit of this lotion is the hydration it brings to my skin, it does feel moisturizing. It smells good too. But that’s about it, it’s the same as any other scented body lotion, at an upped price point for the detox claims.

I use this all over my stomach, arms, and thighs for it's superb toning effect. After losing a significant amount of weight I found that my skin was losing some of its elasticity and this really helped after using it on a regular basis. The smell is so fresh and almost fruity and lasts on the skin. There's a slight tingling effect so take care to avoid getting it on your face or near your mouth. It dries down really well without getting tacky or sticky and you're able to apply it after a shower or at bedtime and not feel greasy or sticky.
