I have many pairs of OTK boots in my closet from brands like Aldo, Steve Madden, Fashion Nova, and more. I also own several other heels by this brand, Genshuo, as well so I was excited when I saw that they were offering an OTK boot. I ordered the black suede version in my normal shoe size of US 8.5 and waited excitedly for them to arrive! When they arrived I took my time opening them as I wanted to be able to return them if needed as finding OTK boots that fit my calves can be a challenge. One item I noticed right away was that each boot has a short side zipper to make putting them on and taking them off easier. So the moment of truth had arrived and I slid my foot and leg into them and to my surprise and delight they fit perfectly!! The top of the boot that sits on the thigh has a strip of silicone or similar material to help grip your leg and keep them up. I normally wear hosiery with boots so I find myself having to pull my other OTK boots up every now and then, and these are no exception. Perhaps if I had a thicker thigh or went with bare legs the strip would grip better. The quality of the boots are good and they are quite comfortable even after wearing them for several hours which I did shortly after I got them for a friend's bachelorette party. I found the heel height perfect as well as it is high enough to make a statement but so high that it is impractical or too sexy for office wear. I have worn them several times to work and many other events and they have quickly become one of my favorite pairs of OTK boots since they didn't cost me a fortune which makes the fear of damaging and having to replacing them, less. They only thing that I can see might be an issue is the top off the boot not staying up if you have slender legs and thighs. Amazing boots. The fabric is true deep black and suede soft. The heel is a lil high, but enough where you can walk comfortably. They do not slip down, but if it’s not snuggly enough for you, then please take it to a shoe repair and they can fix. This boot is worth every penny and they are very good quality. The zipper is well made. They look very designer. The pointed tip elongates your legs beautifully. Only thing I did not like, was the clasp to pull the zipper up and down. That should be black also, so I will spray paint it and it will make the boots look more expensive looking. One more thing, the sole of the boot is a grip sole, so you won’t slip. They were cute but my calves were to big so it didn't go past the knee I would also say get a .5 or whole size up if you have bigger feet or are plus size size up 1

I was not expecting this level of quality. I generally only purchase designer boots, decided against paying 1 to 2k for thigh high boots since I know I will not wear them enough to get the full value. Im glad I made this choice. They are sexy and stunning

I ordered these boots in brown, but the color I received is not what’s shown in the listing. The product photos depict a warmer, more chocolate brown, but the boots I received are noticeably lighter, more orange & muted in person. This isn’t a minor variation due to lighting—it’s a completely different shade than advertised. The boots themselves are okay, but I ordered them specifically for the color.
