We love drinking hot chocolate and the different colors of the cups help to keep everyone's drinks separate! If you've got a little imagination, you could say that the one with the black base is like Cookies and Cream to make that one the "most favorite." Of course, you'd have to love cookies and cream for that to work. We've been using them almost daily for about a month now and they wash up super easy, no residue on the inside of the cups. Double wow! The Gencywe mugs are ginormous! A larger than normal mug to suit any beverage appetite - tea, coffee, hot chocolate, or simply water. More importantly, the mugs are well made - quality build with a smooth surface and beautifully designed shape. I really like the handle - fits my hand like a glove. These mugs are very attractive - 4 different colors, very smooth surface, and good quality design. I did not see any chips or cracks; I was very surprised at how smooth they felt. I like the 4 colors; the colors are muted, a color palette based on grays (they described it as Morandi colored). I have put them in the microwave (filled with water and heated for 3 minutes; the handle was not hot to the touch). I washed them in the dishwasher (2 on the bottom rack and 2 on the top - they came out just fine). And I put them in the freezer (they didn't crack; just got cold). I have not tried them in the oven (I'm still trying to think of a reason why a mug needs to be in the oven; I guess you could keep a drink warm). The mugs are rather large; a little over 5 inches tall. It will hold 16 oz of liquid - that is a lot of coffee! I'm not sure if I need that big of a mug. Nonetheless, the handle is large and surprisingly comfortable; you can easily put your hand through it to hold the mug. If you are looking for a nice set of mugs that will hold a lot of liquid, this set is for you. They are priced rather inexpensively but don't look cheap. ... show more

These mugs are bigg, but if you like your drink to be big, they are perfect size. They seem to be made of good quality ceramic, have a comfortable long handle that gives a good grip no matter how filled the mug is. They are bit narrower so keeps the drink warmer/colder bit longer. We love the pastel style colors and have split them in family, so everyone knows which one is theirs. ... show more

I love a BIG mug for coffee or tea, but, the larger the mug, the more important the handle shape is. I need something that lets me use my whole hand to carry it. These mugs do just that. I can fit my big fingers in and distribute the weight of the full mug across my entire hand. The finish on these mugs is smooth and pleasing. The muted colors are lovely. These are the perfect sized coffee mugs. 16 ounces is a nice healthy cup of coffee. The finish on these mugs is perfect - and the colors look great. I great addition to our coffee bar!

These are nice quality ceramic mugs for coffee/tea. Pretty tall, as opposed to super wide. They hold 16 oz., which is more than a standard 12 oz cup. Design is subtle and pleasing. Build quality is good. Four colors. The pink one is not my fave, but I like the other colors...

These are really nice ceramic coffee cups. I was amazed at how well the ceramic kept my coffee hot. The coffee didn't cool off as quickly as some of my other cups have in the past.
