  • Worked very well
Made the job of replacing the serpentine belt and pulleys very easy. Nice case and all of the necessary pieces.

  • European Automotive Mechanic Review:
Got this tool while it was on sale but is totally worth the normal list price. Use this tool fairly often and have not run into any issues. Works in I would say about 90% of serp belt removals.

  • Awesome set
I used it for the first time today and I am very happy with it. The tool was much easier to use than my old style belt tension tool. I like how it comes with so many different adapters and the ratcheting wrench allows this set to work on pretty much any drive belt on virtually any vehicle or engine.

  • I like it
I read a few reviews and considered a few other serpentine belt removers and am glad I went with this one. It’s not tool truck quality but it’s pretty close at way less $. The ratchet mechanism is a little sloppy. I wish it was made in the USA. But it’s a really versatile set up. I have used it on a few different motors and it’s WAY better than your standard wrench with another wrench rig. Also safer. I have used the wrench for other stuff and it works slick in tight spots. How goods the warranty?? Only one way to find out! :-) ... show more

  • Useful, flexible tool
Always just used a ratchet on serpentine belts. This tool is pretty darn convenient for those idiot engineers who put the tensioners down in the depths of the engine compartments. Would be nice if it had like an inch offset attachment too, other than that, complete kit.

  • Very adjustable, fits in tight spaces
I did not experience the ratchet sticking as others did. My set worked perfectly. The only critique I have of it is the 3/8” tensioner adapter was a bit difficult to remove from the tensioner due to the o-ring. BUT that same o-ring helps keep it where it needs to be, so it’s needed, and removing it was a minor inconvenience. In short- great set, I would recommend it. ... show more

  • Why so expensive?
I have a tool for replacing belts already but it wouldn't work with my 2007 Pontiac Torrent. So I had to purchase this in order to get it to work correctly and be able to remove the belt. Everything was easy to use and the case is nice. But why so much for such a simple tool?? If you only need this tool "every now and then" go rent it from your local auto parts store. I'm 44 years old and have only ever needed to use this or an equivalent tool twice. Spending what I did for a tool I will hardly ever use was a waste of money. I should have just rented one. Oh well. ... show more
