I bought a second one because my son likes his so much. He went from barely ever drinking water to almost always drinking only water - and he drinks 2 to 3 of these full every day… more on active or hot days. He loves the squeeze bottle action. The bottles are popular at his school, which is why he asked for one. We’ve had the first one about a month, and it is used/cleaned daily. The graphics and bottle look great. The lid keep the liquid contained when not in use. It’s great for him to keep by him when gaming, then he takes it to tennis. The media could not be loaded. This product arrived damaged, when I reached out to customer service for a replacement product they told me the only option was to return and repurchase. I got this on sale and they would not honor the sale price for a replacement product. All around a huge fail. I will need to return this product and buy it elsewhere for full price. Huge waste of time and faulty product. The latch also comes off constantly. Really disappointed! Save yourself the time and buy it at a retail store where you can exchange it if needed. ... show more
