The 30-degree angled tip gets under the flower stock above the root stem to ensure pulling out the *entire* weed rather in a single use. I like the feeling and weight. The appearance is nice. For some reason, possibly the angle, it is not the best dandelion remover I have ever owned. I can't quite figure it out but it doesn't get the whole root and is not thay easy to get in the dirt.
