The media could not be loaded. This is the type of wagon you use for moving larger items – up to 660 pounds – around a warehouse, greenhouse, high tunnel, garden, and shop. It is steel construction, has good welds, and a good coating finish. It has large inflated rubber wheels – as opposed to hard plastic or nylon – that are wide enough to accommodate a range of terrains. As a preliminary test we towed around an adult seated in the cart and several bags of soil. Note the word “tow” here means pulled by hand not attached to any vehicle as that is not what this cart is designed for. Hand pulling this up and down a hill, across sand, soil, and dirt, with and without a load it was very maneuverable and was comfortable on the hand. With two people working on the assembly the assembly time was about thirty minutes. In terms of difficulty the hardest part – and it was relatively easy – was the installation of the axels as you need to work between a slight gap to place the bolts. Wrenches – with open and boxed ends – are included and are very good quality. We will be using them for more than just assembling and tightening the nuts and bolts on this cart. The tires arrived pre-inflated to specified pressure so when we finished the assembly we were ready to go right to work with it. The instructions caution against putting a load or anything heavy on top of the sidewalls. As you can see from the picture of the corner of the walls, there is a reason for this instruction. The slight ding you see in that wall is from a relatively low force drop. While I was able to place it roughly back into shape the side walls are for holding things in not up. For larger loads – read heavier and taller/wider – you can remove the side walls (pull the cotter pins) and use it as a flatbed/miniature lowboy. Based on price (under 100) this is an exceptional value and would be perfect for families, gardeners, shop work, and small business owners who need to move larger or awkward items easily.

Admittedly I am not great at reading instructions but I am pretty good at assembling things. Therefore I did not read the instructions to assemble it but it was fairly straight forward to assemble. I am impressed with how sturdy the cart is and it has been a great tool to use doing the yard clean up work. The size is pretty good, not too small and not too big either. One of the only issues I had was that a couple of the tires did not come fully inflated which was not a big deal for me as I have a pump, however, it could be an issue for someone else. Overall a good sturdy wagon that I am happy to have to use in the yard and I think it is decently priced too.

I really like this cart. It arrives flat-packed so there are several steps to put it together. I'm really capable and it took my about 30 minutes. If you struggle with assembling furniture, it may take you twice as long. The box has all the hardware and tools required, including an offset wrench for the main axle bolts. The only thing you may find easier is if you have your own 19mm socket to tighten the wheel nuts. A really nice thing is that every nut is a nylon locknut- so you won't have to worry about them shaking loose over time. Lasty, there is not a single extra nut or part so keep track of everything. All of the tires arrived with 11-12 psi so they'll need to be inflated to 30 psi for a smoother ride. My pro-tip is to inflate all the tires BEFORE you install them. The stem is hard to access once the wheels are on the axle. The only thing I changed in the assembly was to place the washers between the metal pieces in the front steering crossbar instead of next to the nut. (In my pictures) The washer in the middle allows the axle to turn smoother. I tested the cart out by filling it with 4 half cedarblocks. These weigh a good amount, but not the max weight of the cart. I found that the handle was a good length for me, and I'm 6'1". The shorter you are the better it'll feel. It took a little effort to pull the loaded cart across a 2 acre lawn of soft dirt but it rolls great on the driveway with much less effort. I think this'll be a terrific addition to the yard as a gardening cart and for odd tasks. I recommend this cart.

The media could not be loaded. This wagon comes with detailed instructions which is very helpful for assembly. It comes with all the tools necessary but I do recommend finding your own 16 mm wrench to tighten the tire bolts down, the one included I don't know who they were kidding you do not have enough leverage to get the job done. I bought this to help make chores easier, taking trash to the burn pile or carting up groceries from the gravel driveway up the Red clay Hill surrounded by tree roots, pine needles, walnut shells and everything in between. When you get to part 4, putting together the front axle that also includes the yolk the center support bar, I recommend squeezing the yolk into the center of the axle and on to the already installed screw, see video for details. I do not know the weight capacity of said trailer but it will handle two cases of 40 water bottles, two jugs of milk three cartons of Oak slash almond milk and three gallons of orange juice, it did not slow this puppy down at all! It is easy to pull and push. It does turn left and right it is a little firmer to do so but with additional usage/oil I'm sure it won't be a problem. **Please add additional air to the tires before use, it will work much better. The tires are aired up but not too capacity. With that being said it still worked through all different terrain carrying the groceries in the rain thr first time around. This wagon is a great investment and will pay for itself in no time. Very easy on the back, arms and knees.
