These are legitimately garbage shelves. The particle board that comes with them are less than 1/8" and are as flimsy as cardboard. The racking system is less than 1/16" thick pot metal China steel. parts missing of 6 units I bought all of the boxes and were torn and ragged. 3 of the unit were missing 1 or 2 of the upright connects each and no unit connectors in 2 of them, so was only able to assembly 5 of the units. Need 4 upright connectors and 4 unit connectors.

This is absolutely not the product that all the good reviews are for. You can look at the pictures on the good reviews and tell it's a completely different shelving unit. The metal is cheap and flimsy but the shelves are the real issue. The shelfs aren't even particle board. They're pressed cardboard. They're cardboard. There's absolutely no way these would hold the claimed weight and wouldn't last 3 months in the humidity in a garage. ... show more

I bought this shelf for my fish tanks. My biggest one is 29 gallons. I had it about 1/4 filled when I put it on the shelf and the shelf started collapsing!!!! I’m guess that tank was 150-200 lbs at that time. They advertise each shelf holding 400lbs. Completed BS. Returning this garage!
