This is my fourth pair of these. Not because they wore out, but because I've lost weight. I started with a Medium, then a Small, and my most recent order was an Extra Small. I am 5'5" and I weight 135lbs. These fit perfectly, including the length. These are nice sweatpants and have become my go-to. They're thick, but not what I'd consider to be heavyweight. I'm on my third black pair and they stay nice and black, fading is minimal, they basically don't fade like most other brands. I've also got a pair in the dark pink. All the pairs I have purchased have held up nicely, including the elastic at the bottoms of the legs as well as the waist. These are the most comfortable sweatpants I've ever purchased, hence the reason I've purchased four pairs now. Being they hold up so well, they're definitely a value for the price. I like these joggers a lot. They remind me of the old school joggers of my youth in the 80’s. Good fit and the waist band isn’t bulky like some other brands. I’m normally a medium, but Amazon recommended an XS (and according to some of the reviews it seems the XS was the way to go.) However they were very snug, so I exchanged them for a small and those were snug too - so guess what? I ordered a my regular size - medium and they fit. For reference, I have a 29” waist, 5’ 5” tall.
