This is a cute shirt dress that you can wear casually. Quality is good per usual as it is from GAP. It is true to size and has a more loose fit which is accurately described as "relaxed." I wouldn't size down as it is not oversized, just not a skin tight fit is all.

I bought this dress while on a recent vacation and visit with my grandchildren while in the Hamptons. It worked perfectly in the hot and humid weather. It's so easy to wear and a "one and done" piece of clothing. I was able to make use of the pocket for short distances (like walking to the pool and back) for my iPhone Pro when I didn't have my crossbody bag with me. I wore it around town, too. The navy blue and white fit in nicely and gave it a nautical vibe. I am 5'3 1/2", 160 pounds, 36DD, and the large fit me well. The only drawback is that it says to line dry, which isn't terribly practical while on vacation and it does come out of the washer a little wrinkled. At home, I will most definitely iron it.

Easy dress to wear once a week. Perfect length for a 5’4” woman. The sleeve length is attractive. The dress handled lots of washing. No fading or shrinking.

I am extremely disappointed with this GAP t-shirt dress. The quality is horrible, which is not what I expected from a brand like GAP. The fabric feels cheap and rough, not soft at all. It doesn’t look cute either; the design falls flat, and I can't see myself wearing it. I wouldn't pay $2 for this. Overall, this dress was a huge letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This dress is absolutely fabulous - the only downside is no pockets... but the fabric is ribbed, so can be used with a jean jacket and boots for a fabulous fall outfit or even as a cover up in the summer beach sessions. I am 5'1"and the dress falls above my knee. A beautiful staple to add to any wardrobe!
