These are great pull up pants. Overall, I think the quality of Gap's adult clothes went down, but they have really stayed top notch on kid's clothing and these did not disappoint. The pants fit my 5 year old just fine. Aside from the great fit and look is the functionality. I actually liked that these pull up like joggers, which were great for this age as they are easy to pull up and down, so not having a zipper or button in this case for the age was a great benefit. I got a pair of these Gap Boys pants for my 6-year-old. My son is just under 4' and just over 50 lbs, and the Small fits him well. There's still extra room in the waist and length of the legs for him to grow into, but since they're a slim fit, they definitely don't seem oversized and they're ready to wear now. I like the light brown color, and Gap makes some quality clothing, even if it's not as cool as it used to be. ... show more
