Second time ordering. First set the glitter was missing on three balls. Oder replaced, this time glitter missing off two balls. Rather than send them back for a second time, I placed the damaged balls on the back of the tree. They are shipped in a soft envelope bag. Company might want to ship them in a box to keep the glitter from being rubbed off. I would have rated a 5. Nice ornaments except for the glitter issue.
