I love there are 2 sticks and a variety of flags/colors. I was bummed one of the strings on mine came already broken before I even took it out of the bag. I also wish the flags had a little more stiffness to them, so they made a little bit of sound when you flick them. My yearling was fascinated and not at all scared which was good. This is a nice addition to anybody's horse training tools. It's nice to have a selection of colors for flags, and I love how the flags are extendable. They are lightweight and easy to extend and compress. What I might change is to have the flags be of a little bit stiffer material. Because the poles are telescoping, they are small and easily stored and transported. The flags are relatively large and bright and include a keyring to connect the flag to the triangular connector at the end of the pole.
