The stitching that holds the strap that attaches under the saddle horn ripped out after only two uses. I had to try to re-stitch, but the material isn't tough to stitch. It's like plastic, so it's going to rip again. Disappointed. It's the perfect size for a few items.

This Pommel bag is very convenient when I’m riding my horse. It holds my iPhone6, a treat for my horse (In a freezer bag, about 2 cups total) and keys. I like how the zipper is a little heavier duty than some of the other bags and it’s up on the top of the bag instead of in the front of the bag. My only complaint is that the rubber pull tab on the zipper came off the first time I pulled on it, but I glued it back on with super glue and we’re good. It’s a thicker canvas material and waterproof. Easily rinsed out if it gets dirty inside. The straps are adjustable to help it stay on tight and not bouncing around. I do lots of trotting and loping and it doesn’t bounce around, it’s low profile and doesn’t interfere with your hands using your reins. Really like it. Would order again. ... show more

I love the size for just carrying my basics like my phone, car keys, a snack bar for me, and a few treats for my horse. I'm a little concerned about the quality so I'll probably still keep my phone in a ziplock bag for now.
