I was looking for a medium size sling bag when I ordered this one. Turns out that is is much smaller than I expected, even after reading some of the reviews that said it was small. One sweat shirt filled it comfortably. I tried to stuff my puff jacket into it (by itself) and gave up. I liked the large shoulder strap pouch, which can hold a large sunglass case. I want a pack that can hold my puff jacket and another article of clothing. This one isn't it, so I returned it. The pack appears to be well made and well designed so I gave it 5 stars. Pros: Good size, not too large but holds everything needed for travel or a hike. Several decent pockets and a roomy main interior. Nice weight fabric—heavy enough for moderate use but can still fold over to stash filled sling into a backpack. Adjustable main strap with option of left or right carry. Cons: Pocket on strap is stationary so it can’t be moved. Its location isn’t very helpful and makes it unusable for my anyway. The earbud hole wasn’t open in my bag like many other reviewers noted. If I do it, it will ravel. If it were manufactured correctly, the hole would be cut with stitching around it like a buttonhole that wouldn’t ravel. Therefore I’m not likely to mess with it. It would be nice to have some kind of optional clasp to use on 1 or 2 of the main zippers. Walking around while traveling in a foreign country with the bag on my back in tight quarters was a little unnerving as well as stateside in crowds, so I usually flipped it around to the front for peace of mind Im sure there are better options with improved QC, but overall it’s a decent and affordable bag ... show more

When I received the bag I wondered if it was big enough. It is a lot bigger than you think, or at least I thought. It has great zippers, even a small one on the side into which I can stash my reading glasses or sun glasses. It is light, convenient, and attractive. I don't know how durable it is, it seems fine but only time will tell. I particularly like the cell phone holder on the strap that keeps the phone in front of your shoulder so it feels more secure. ... show more

I was looking for a new gym bag and I had a lot of things I needed to include and this bag ticked all of the boxes. There are tons of pockets. I only included one photo, which is of my phone (3.5"×6.5") in the strap pocket, because that was the important one that I wanted because my gym clothes don't have pockets and I don't want my phone and wallet on my back. I also wanted side mesh pockets so my water bottle doesn't take up space in such a little bag...the side pouched fit a 23.7oz sport bottle. I like the little back pocket too, I pulled off the elastic zipper pull so it would be tougher to notice and get into. I put secret stuff in there. I wanted a small crossbody bag, and this is perfect. It fits everything I need with not a lot of wasted space. It's nice and compact and fits a deceptive amount of stuff. I wanted an easy bag to hike with. The cellphone pocket felt like it was choking me. The water bottle pocket would not even hold a 16.9 ounce plastic bottle or even bug spray. The pockets we not easy to get into will still walking.

I used this bag (Orange, which is more like coral or reddish) on an 11-day vacation to Italy. I wore this every day in warm sunny weather. I had a 10 inch tablet, 7" umbrella, 20,000mah battery pack, cash, snacks, tissues, hand sanitizer and a water bottle. I typically wore it across my back, but when we were in crowded areas I switched it to my chest for additional security. It works well in both positions and I did not get sweat-soaked spots where it was either, so it breathes pretty well. I wasn't a big fan of the pocket on the strap though. Depending on your height and/or how you adjust the strap it may be right at your neck/chin when wearing. I would prefer it be removable or more of a flat stretchy pocket instead. Idid like the loop at the top. Many other don't have on but it came in handy for hanging it while on the tour bus, etc. I did get caught in the rain the one day I didn't pack the umbrella. The bag and I got pretty soaked but the bag contents fared much better. It was very slightly damp inside where it got the most wet but held up well. Spraying the bag with some water repellant would be a good idea. In short, the bag works well and holds a fair amount. It would be suitable for a day of hiking or for keeping the basics with you anywhere you may go. I recommend it. ... show more
