I got this backpack for a trip to the Southwest national parks. It is so compact for traveling that you can fit it in the little 5 or 6” flat zip close plastic bag it comes in. It’s extremely light and practical. There are two zippered compartment. The large compartment has two sections. One thing I really like about it are the shoulder straps -they are slightly padded, so they don’t cut into your shoulders. I carried a water bottle, some literature, various chargers, earphones and my phone, a kindness bar, snacks, etc. and there was plenty more room. I made the mistake of putting a banana in there, and totally forgot about it. Of course, it was smashed into baby food by the time I found it. However, I was able to wash it out quite easily and the lightweight fabric dried overnight. Some others have complained that the lack of structure made for a bunch at the bottom the pack that hit against your back when you walked. I never found this to be a problem, but I really didn’t carry a whole bunch of heavy things except for the water bottle.

Highly recommend this little backpack for travel. I took this on an overseas trip and used it for everything - groceries, markets, food. Other than my cross-body mini-purse, that's all I needed. Once you unfold it, it seems a bit flimsy, but it's actually very well constructed and durable. I was surprised at how much this backpack could hold. I ended up loving the top zipper flap because it let me fit more than a traditional front / top to bottom zipper. Will likely buy another one for travel purposes. The straps are wide and a bit padded so it doesn't hurt your shoulders, and the multiple compartments were very useful. The mesh pockets were strong and fit both a small umbrella and a water bottle on each side. Neither fell out after multiple outings. I think the way it's constructed, it can serve multiple purposes. I did consider using this for a laptop bag and confirmed it does fit my Dell Latitude 9430. However, given it is a bit lightweight, I would probably use a more padded backpack for more cushion. This light pink color is lighter than depicted, which I preferred. I would call it more of a pastel pink that's almost see through, but not. Only thing is I couldn't figure out how to re-fold it after the trip. I will have to review the instructions again. Given how lightweight the fabric is, I just folded it up without the zipper enclosure and it was no problem and took up very little space.

The media could not be loaded. It is compact, lightweight, low profile and good for light travel. It has a good design for a "top loading" backpack. The mouth of the main compartment opens wide. The main compartment also has 2-way zippers which is good. There are mesh pockets on the side. Great to carry extra items that you may have to quickly reach without un-zipping. It also has a smaller compartment that doubles as a pouch to fold the entire backpack into. The mesh-like shoulder straps are great for ventilation. The material seems rugged enough for the lightweight fabric that it is. The stitching and reinforcements are of good quality work. Of course I have not tried the item on a long term basis but it seems well made. One common problem with backpack shoulder straps is that they are made of material that is not breathable and can make you perspire more on a hot day. Besides that, the shoulder straps can absorb sweat and then themselves develop a bad smell. With the mesh -like shoulder straps you might be able to even soak them in water to wash them. Also the instructions on the tag even has information on how to clean or launder the backpack. Very unusual. Good. Most backpacks don't have cleaning instructions. However I have to return the backpack because one part of its design does not suit me. The shoulder straps seem to be made so as to fit a person with broader shoulders. Of course when a backpack is filled with items it can fit differently than if it is empty. It also depends if you are wearing light clothing or bulky winter clothing. I only tried on the backpack while it was empty and was wearing lightweight clothes ( see video) but it still seems that the shoulder straps do not exactly fit my physique. At least at this time, it is not what I need. I would recommend it for anyone else who can use such features in a backpack.

The price was good so it was easy to take a chance and buy this product. We are not big hikers so we needed a beginner pack and this product worked great for us. It holds several water bottles easily. Very light weight so it was not too hot to carry on the trails. It folds up into a very small package when you are done and can go right into your luggage. It wipes down with water and paper towel at the end of the day. I would recommend this product.

We recently visited US National Parks for our family vacation and we were able to each have one of these lightweight backpacks to carry during our short hikes, in and out of visitor's centers, etc. Everyone loved that they could choose their own color -- I chose orange & yellow for the kids so they would easily stand out and could be spotted quickly if they got ahead of our group. These were extremely handy! Water resistant for the brief showers we got caught in a couple of times. We had our cameras, hats, hand sanitizers, binoculars, mini first aid kits, etc. in these and even a lightweight jacket and pair of shorts in case the weather changed quickly from cool to hot. I liked the front zip pocket and then the divider in the main area inside the backpack for putting the parks passport book in one area and the rest of the stuff in the other. These backpacks were comfortable for all the ages - youngest 8 and oldest 45. I am glad we invested in these handy, backpacks.

This is a good lightweight pack to take places with you. Folds really small. And I love the color. I am not crazy about the shoulder straps. They slip. I am going to add a chest strap to keep it from slipping. But good for price.
