I bought this to accompany my grandma's continuous glucose monitor so she can check if she feels it's inaccurate and so far, it's perfect and accurate. The results line up with the libre and it is very easy for her to use. This is a great starter kit as it comes with a decent amount of lancets and test strips.

This kit includes everything you need to start monitoring your blood glucose levels. The monitor itself is a bit on the larger side—wide and tall but quite slim. It could comfortably fit in a pocket if needed. One benefit of the size is the large and highly readable display. The 1-inch numbers are easy to read, even without my glasses, which is a big plus for anyone with vision challenges. The included pouch is well-sized and fits the meter, lancet tool, a few lancets, and the test strip container. However, the lancets don’t have their own dedicated container and come in a box that doesn’t fit in the pouch. It’s a minor inconvenience but worth noting. Using the device was straightforward, and testing was quick and easy. The lancet tool worked fine but felt a bit fiddly, as you have to remove the adjustment section to insert a new lancet. It’s important to double-check the depth setting after installing the lancet, which adds a small step to the process. One thing I missed was a "smart" feature—this meter doesn’t have connectivity options to upload readings to an online portal or app. While it’s not a dealbreaker for basic needs, it would have been a nice addition. Overall, this is a solid, basic glucose meter that gets the job done without any frills. If you’re looking for simplicity, functionality, and a large, easy-to-read display, this kit is a good choice.

The kit is super simple to use and give the results within minutes. With a family history of diabetis I use this kit to check sugar levels time to time.. saves so much of my time and sometimes my father in law uses it too. Just a small prick and strip shows results in less then 5 minutes
