This gate is a life saver! I use it in my apartment. My dog gets into and likes to lick everything and i don't like letting him roam around my entire apartment when i'm at work for long days. I was looking for something large enough to keep him enclosed in a large area so he wouldn't feel stuck in his cage in my room. Out of the box it looked complicated to put together but it was extremely easy to assemble. I would recommend this product hands down. I ordered the 8 panel dog pen for indoor use for our new puppy due to having an elderly dog and another one. It is the simplest pen ever to set up and the sectional poles that hold it together are pointed on the bottom in order to use it indoors or outdoors. If you have wood floors vs. carpet you can purchase caps for the poles separately so as not to scratch your wood floors. It is sturdy enough and you can install it to any shape depending on how many panels you purchase. The only draw back to me was that the entry gate to this pen has a lock lever about halfway down. It’s a pain to open the gate as you have to try to grip this very small like 1/2” vertical piece of metal to lift it up in order to release the lever to unlock it. I attempted to use mailing tape to tape a perfect size satin ribbon on it only the have our other dog grasp it off with one swipe to chew it! LOL Instead of putting an upside down J lever on it. It’s a pain to deal with. Otherwise I would have most certainly given it 5 stars! Someone was not thinking there!! ... show more

We ordered two sets of these to contain our border collie and basset hound durring camping. They work great for that at the 42 inch size. I also discovered that when I am working in the gaurage I can fence off the front and they can stare and the nabors. When the set arrived some of the plastic "muffler tubes" that insulate the locking bars were missing. I used all the spairs and did not have enough. So I contacted the company asking about buying more. They asked for my order number and address. They are shipping out another pack for nothing. That is the costomer service that does not happen that ofen anymore. Great company and great product. ... show more

First, customer service was very responsive. We had one section that was dented and we let them know via email and FB within the 24 hours after delivery. They offered to give us the money back for that section or get 2 single panels for now and will send the double section when the receive them at no extra cost and not having to return anything. We were looking for something to contain our dogs because they would go around our existing fence down in the lake and escape. Our yard is sloped and the individual pieces make it very easy to install and make them level. We had a couple spots where we had to slightly bury one corner of some panels in order to level it because of the sloping. We did not set it up in a square so having the extra pole was a plus. Gates open and close easily. Lightweight but made well. We got the 3.5’ tall fence having a small and 2 medium dogs that aren’t jumpers. Would have definitely got the taller fence if they were. ... show more

The easy assembly and large play area are definite positives. The panels and (2) gates are reasonably sturdy. My biggest disappointment is that the stakes that hold the panels together are spiked at the bottom (so you can push them into grass outdoors). I am using it on a garage floor and the spikes make the whole thing easy to slide on cement. The instructions suggest putting a rug underneath to make it less moveable, but that’s not very practical when you’re potty training a puppy. When you use it indoors, like I am, the stakes sit high above the panels, which could easily catch a dog’s collar if they were left unsupervised. So far, my puppy is only about 15 pounds, but I predict that as she gets to be 30 or 40 pounds, she’ll figure out how to push the pen around and possibly knock it over. ... show more

I use my playpen indoors. It comes with stakes that connect each panel. This is perfect for outdoor use, but I needed a wider space for my dog to hangout while he is indoors. The things that I do not like about the gate include the gravity lock, because it’s so easy for my kids to open the gate when I want to keep my dog inside. Also, it is not very practical for indoor use. My dog moves the gate and shifts the panels around. I wish there was a version of this gate just for indoor use. Lastly, it is very lightweight so I do hope that the gate holds up for a long time. That is a bit concerning. Other than that, I like the gate and when my kids aren’t opening it, it keeps my Great Dane inside. ... show more

Bought 24" 16 panels. Product arrived timely and in great shape. Super easy to set up. We wanted something to contain our 2 small dogs when we sit out at the campsite. Works great and we don't have to constantly untangle them.
