Size: 12" x 10 yards roll
Features
- MADE IN USA: The same 1.5 oz no show mesh, with a glue built into the backing. The heat of a warm iron melts it, so it bonds to the fabric in seconds before you hoop.
- IT CANNOT SHIFT: Because it is fused to the fabric, the backing and the garment move as one piece. Registration holds on stretchy knits where a loose backing would slide.
- STAYS INVISIBLE: Behind a pale tee or thin knitwear the mesh does not read through as a pale square from the front, the way a standard cutaway does.
- SOFT ENOUGH FOR TEES AND BABY CLOTHES: Light against the skin, and it stays soft through repeated washing. Trim close to the stitching with curved scissors.
- SIZE AND WEIGHT: 12 in x 10 yd, white, 1.5 oz. Superpunch fusible no show mesh, made in the USA.
Description
Embroidery supplies since 1996. Commercial rolls for shops that stitch every day, not sample packs that run out mid-job. SuperPunch has supplied machine embroiderers since 1996. SuperStable stabilizers are made in the USA and sold the way a shop buys them: 100 and 110 yard commercial rolls, full width, one grade throughout. SuperB thread and bobbins follow the same rule. 40wt trilobal polyester, low lint, 175 shades in stock. Cutaway, tearaway, no-show mesh, wash-away, topping. If you stitch for a living you should not be reordering backing every two weeks. Because a shop running daily gets through sample packs fast. Full rolls cost less per yard and you stop reordering. Yes. SuperStable cutaway, tearaway and mesh are made in the USA. No-show mesh under polos and performance wear, cutaway under anything that stretches. Fusible Mesh is applied with heat to solidify your entire embroidery process. The fusible mesh is a special low melt adhesive that activates at 260°F, so it will not scorch or shrink your fabric. Leaves almost no trace and is invisible. By fusing the stabilizer to the back of the garment, the fabric with not move or stretch leading to better registration. The stabilizer is temporarily attached to the area where the embroidery will be stitched. Available in different sizes: - 12" x 10 yards roll - 12" x 25 yards roll - 15" x 25 yards roll - 19" x 100 yards roll This same product is also available in a regular version, without the fusible qualities and also a bit less expensive. Applied with an iron, it bonds at a moderate temperature with your fabric but will in no way adversely affect the durability of your garment. Fuse cloud cover stitch over the back of the finished design to cover scratchy stitches on the backside of embroidery design. Available in different sizes: - 12" x 10 yards roll (White/Black) - 12" x 25 yards roll (White) - 14.5" x 25 yards roll (White/Black) Cut the fusible mesh to the shape and size you require. Place it on the back side of the fabric. Cut the excess stabilizer after the embroidery process. Use an iron to heat and melt the remaining fusible mesh at around 260℉. Make sure you run a test. This fusible mesh stabilizer provides a clean and convenient alternative to adhesive sprays, as it does not leave any residue and is completely invisible once melted onto the fabric. Cut away stabilizer must be removed by cutting it away and the rest behind the stitch will remain on the fabric for the life of the design. Cut away stabilizer is considered the most stable stabilizer. It is typically recommended for unstable and stretchy fabric such as knits and high-stitch count design. Tear away stabilizers are used when you wish to remove most of the excess stabilizer from the back of the project after embroidery. It was recommended to be used on woven fabrics that have no stretch like quilted fabrics, 100 percent cotton, poly cotton fabrics, linen, vinyl, leather… If your project requires no traces of the stabilizer to be left after embroidery, you must use a wash away stabilizer. The strength of support offered by a wash away stabilizer is significantly less than cut away or tear away stabilizers. Wash away embroidery stabilizer is recommended for lightweight fabric and Free Standing Lace. No Show Mesh is also a kind of cutaway embroidery stabilizer which will remain forever fixed to your fabric but it is sheer and semi-transparent which is not for very heavy design. It is extremely soft for baby garment and some fabric when soft is a very important consideration.
