I already have a FURemover just like this one and it is great. Have used it for years. Lasted through 5 different dogs. Now I use it to tidy up the smooth cement floor of my laundry room. Does a fine job grabbing pet hair, lint, and the junk that falls out of pockets. A quick H2O rinse and a couple shakes to dry removes any fine particles that might stick due to static cling. I plan to put my new one on a short broom handle for use on upholstered furniture. It will be my "good" one. I also ordered a set for my brother. Bought this because I have hand scrapers for the couch but getting down on my hands and knees for the floor was not as ideal. It's a softer rubber then you would think It does grab hair (and other dirt) but you are gonna get a workout in. I bought it without the handle based on other reviews thinking I could just use a paintbrush handle I had in the garage, it doesn't fit correctly but is a good makeshift option until I get a broom handle. Overall I'm happy with it and am getting a disgusting amount of dog (and cat) hair out of things. The squeegee side is really nice for the hardwood floors and getting right up against the basement boards. It also worked decently on the unfinished cement floor in the basement. ... show more

I use this every day. I have a dog and the amount of hair on the floor is crazy. The quality is great and it picks up everything much better than a regular broom. There is no handle with this you just attach it to another handle and there were no issues with this.

So a little back story of us: 2 humans 6 inside cat house (do not judge us, large home, they eat better than us, and their play house is bigger than most 2 car garages) :) Had a wonderful cat hair removed tool but as you can see from picture #1, he’s worked hard, missing some limbs, and time for him to retire. So I order this tool. I did read the description, but shame on me for thinking oh they don’t know what they are talking about, after all my old faithful looks similar. Well similar look is the only thing it has in common with my old faithful. The brush is soft, so soft it’s ineffective. When I say ineffective I mean it’s just 8$ hunk of rubber that’s a pure waste. It doesn’t do anything. It doesn’t collect the hair, wad up the hair, move the hair NOTHING! Doesn’t work on the cat tree, on the cat walks by the ceilings, cat beds, cat wheel NOTHING! I have 6 cats I know there’s hair hiding in every inch of house! So I also ordered a chom chom handheld thingy. Picture#2 is one pass on one stair after the Dyson Animal and extensive use of the new rake. I would take a pic of what this broom rake did but it would just be a pic of the stairs cause it did NOTHING. Believe the people when they say, it won’t thread on an ordinary broom, I mean, if you wanna keep it I guess you can squirt some E6000into it oh wait no it’s rubber ugh! The smell oh god the smell. I’m a chemist, I know what oh you better don’t smells like. And this is OH MOLLY YOU IN DANGER GIRL smell. I was so hopeful like I said since it was my old faithful replacement but nope it’s a horrible knock off. I don’t know how anybody could like this or get it to work. I’m so sorry to all those I thought I knew better cause I shelled out a stupid amount of money for education. That crow tastes awful, almost as awful as this rake smells. ... show more

I love this broom. It works so well for dog hair, dirt etc on hardwood floors. I don't really use it on carpet. However, can we get a white color broom head? When I sweep along my walls, my floor molding gets a nice black streak from the rubber broom head that I then have to scrub off. It's super annoying. ... show more

Found this broom while shopping for a traditional broom. I dont have pets but I have long hair and dust bunnies. OMG! Best broom ever! I sweep and mop daily and I had already the morning this arrived, but I had to try it out. It swept up a pile more of hair and fine dust even though my floors were clean. A pile! Now after mopping, I use the edge of this broom to squeegee the water off the floors and they dry instantly. I sweep the outdoor carpet with this broom too and its as easy to push on the carpet as it is on the floor. Super lightweight and easy easy easy to clean and small enough to fit in my pantry, so it's handy. Sadly, last night I had to pull out the big broom too - the cracks in the sidewalk, outside, where the rocks get stuck; it couldnt get the rocks out, that's not what it was designed for, but it tried.
