Just got my board today. Tried to inflate it with the pump included. The gauge is not working at all (arrow doesn't move at all) which pretty much makes the board useless. I will be contacting the company about this. I have seen someone else on Amazon comment about their gauge not working as well. Seems to be a problem. Not happy. Will update my review when the company rectifies the situation. UPDATE: Company reached out immediately to help. They provided an explanation on how to test my gauge along with pictures. The gauge did end up working. User error on my part. Even if you think your board is inflated and the gauge doesn't seem to be working....you probably need to keep pumping. In my case, after I did the check the company provided me with my pump, it worked! The board looks great. Excited to take it out. May buy more boards from this company. Very easy to work with! very light weight and doesn’t give me blisters from carrying it up and down the beach all day like a regular one does. very durable and fast to pump with the hand pump that’s provided. the only this is it’s def a two person job deflating it. it took forever. but it did fit snugly back into the backpack which i was worried about! overall a great buy. ... show more

Took it out on Liberty Lake… my daughter only filled it to 11 psi cuz my electric pump died she was too tired to pump it all the way up to 15 psi. Today I will try it out all the way to 15 but it did fine out on the water sitting and paddling even wind water was lil choppy. Fun cheap board hopefully it will last with just 30 day warranty ... show more

I have not had an opportunity to try the paddle board as the warm season is just starting so I cannot talk about the quality of the board itself but I can talk about the customer service. Upon opening the contents of my package everything was nicely wrapped except for the kayak seat attachment. It unfortunately was not wrapped and arrived full of mold. This had been an order that was made as a family gift before Christmas so by the time we opened it I was past the return window for Amazon. I contacted FunWater immediately by email and let them know what had happened. They were very kind in trying to find the best way to make things right. They ended up sending me a replacement kayak attachment to replace the one that was covered in mold. It arrived quickly and they were good to check in with me to make sure that I received it and that I was happy with their service. I gave the product 5 stars only for customer service because I haven't tried the product, but I now have confidence that if I have a problem they will help to make it right. ... show more

This is my first inflatable SUP. I love it. I would say it is more difficult than a hard board for sure however I wouldn't trade it! Only thing is that the PSI gage on the pump doesn't work and I haven't figured out how to get ahold of seller to see about getting a replacement pump.
