I bought this for my sister as a Christmas Gift and there were damages. The packaging was very padded and filled with support to keep the collectible box safe and sound. The box was in perfect condition and she absolutely loved it. Looks exactly like the picture!

I think the product is good a specially for the price being. The shipping was fast. It came with bubble wrap, although the corners of the box were a little bit wrinkled and there was some minor painting issues with the details, also there is something wrong with the hair in the back.

Package came right on time. Eleven looks great, just like the Box image. Besides the hair being more Brown than dye black, the colors are nice on her. Shady eyes, bloody nose and blush. She floats! Only small issue is the box being slightly mashed and one of pop numbers on the box is torn.. Now its fine, but as someone who collects and doesn't take them out the box it's kind of disappointing. Many comments about the same issue and maybe wondering if this so we don't resell these? Anyways great deal for this Eleven since I can't find her anywhere, especially for 12$ ... show more
