I got these roller skates for my 3 year-old nieces and they LOVE them! I like how the rear wheels are wider than the front ones. It seems to add a little more stability to help them balance better. Of course it’s going to take a while until they’re able to skate on their own but they’re off to a good start. I also like that the skates adjust in size to grow with the child so you don’t have to buy new skates every time they change shoe size. The buckles hold securely and are easy to fasten and unfasten. I purchased these for my 4yo, size 9 shoe. They are very very easy to adjust sizing...so easy that I will change it based on how thick her socks are. The stability is wonderful! Her ankles are protected and she is already able to skate a few feet without falling on the first day of use. Very easy to get on and off, with secure latching. They are a bit heavy, but it speaks to how well these are made. I did a lot of research before purchasing and I would absolutely buy these roller skates again! ... show more

Got these for my 5-year-olds birthday and she loves them. We have had them a few months now. The latches work wonderfully and have held up well. They are pretty easy for my kid to learn how to balance on wheels. The wheels are perfectly smooth.
