This hair color is very pretty and the hair quality is good the only issues, there isn’t much hair on the wefts and after the first hair wash several came out in my shower. I’ve bought this brand before so I’m not sure why many came out upon the first wash (I’m always careful when washing my hair )

Edited to add: seller reached out to me and went ABOVE and BEYOND to make it right. Ashley was simply AMAZING. Full shine won me back! Things happen, sometimes things get overlooked. But for them to reach out and be so kind and send me more, speaks so much about a company! Ok backstory. I’ve ordered Full shine extensions I think 15 times (it’s always showing on my app “ordered 13 or 14 times”) either way, a lot of times over 2 years times. First 3-4 times. They were great! Held up amazingly and soft for the most part. Never could reuse but for the price, who cares. I started getting BAD batches. Like straw (seemed when they started coming in an orange box, not the light pink box). Finally I had enough and started ordering different brands. Decided to take a look and seen good recent reviews. Got my package. Toned them as normal (just dip in water with a little purple shampoo mixed in) and when I was taking them out of the package I noticed how thin. Then I had one that was normal, or to me even a little thicker. Like it was 2 stuck together. All but one literally look so thin that they look “broke off”. Not sure what happened but I tried again. Ended up having to order more bc if I tried to put these in, it would just look like a head full of bleach damaged hair. It’s definitely a gamble when ordering from this company now. Update again: Josie responded and has offered to resend me more hair to see if I recieved a bad batch of hair. I promised to update as the customer service is outstanding. I will update again when I have recieved the new hair. Recieved this hair in 14 and 16 in quickly, opened the thought it wasn't enough but it was and looked great. The tape is good and I have been wearing them about 3 weeks now without any slipping or pieces falling out, however these are NOT 100% human hair they dry out when washed the first time. I have worn extensions for several years so I know how to take care of them. I have been able to "save" them by deep conditioning but I do not believe I will put them back in when I remove them as they are more work than I have ever experienced with wearing extensions. I'm sad bc I love the color and how light weight they are, I just wish they weren't a blend and would last for multiple wears. The 14 and 16 extensions I would still Gove a 2 start review however the customer service is 5 star! ... show more

I bought these extensions and wanted to wait a full 2 months before leaving a review. The bond is great, no slipping of the extensions which is awesome. I love the color and the thickness of the hair. I get tons of compliments. HOWEVER.. this hair was so nice out of the box and after one wash got super frizzy.. I have had extensions before and know how to care for them, I’ve never had this issue before. I’m talking like it doesn’t even feel like the same hair. I have to spend so much time styling the hair because even after deep conditioning and trying everything, the hair is still frizzy and tangles so easily. I am doubtful that this is true remy hair with the texture of it but maybe I just got a weird batch or something. Still deciding on whether or not I’d buy these again with the styling issues and the drying out of the hair. ... show more

Newer Update: The customer service reached out to me and sent new hair thinking the tape was just a bad batch, I literally have them falling out before I shampoo or condition them, I cannot keep them in. If I put different tape they work. These are also more tangled than others I've previously ordered. I don't know what they have switched but it needs to go back. I love the color options and customer service but I can't have my extensions falling out nonstop. I have been a cosmetologist for 18 years so I know what I am doing to install them. If it were me I'd buy elsewhere. UPDATE: Customer service reached out and helped me with the issues I was having. The hair is always great and the customer service is second to none. I highly recommend them!! hair is great, the tape is awful. I've ordered these multiple times and never had an issue but this time I CANNOT keep them in, maybe I got a bad batch or something? But they wont stay in. It sucks but I am literally carrying tape around with me so when they fall out as I'm walking I can quickly fix it. I don't have time to take them all out and replace tape so this is how we are rolling for now. My suggestion to you is buy the hair and immediately replace the tape!!! ... show more
