Description

- SMALL SIZE, SIMPLE STORYTELLING: The best camera is the one you have with you. Well, when you own FUJIFILM X half, you can have a camera with you all the time! Weighing just 240g/8.4oz, it’s no burden to carry, plus its compact dimensions mean it can easily be stowed in a pocket or bag. And while it may be small in size, it’s big on storytelling, with its one-inch sensor and fixed, wide-angle lens producing great results in a broad range of conditions. - MADE FOR SHARING: FUJIFILM X half is built for sharing. It’s so easy to use that it can be passed around to friends and family to preserve memories while you’re together – but it’s simple to share the results too. The camera connects directly to select instaxTM printers (sold separately), so you can hand out prints seconds after the image is made, or share images and video from the dedicated X half app. - FILM IN A DIGITAL AGE: FUJIFILM X Series cameras have always offered the perfect blend of film camera aesthetics and modern technology, but X half takes that a step further. The top-plate of the camera features a Frame Advance Lever – just like winding on film! On the back, a vertical sub menu shows the active Film Simulation, mimicking the film window on analog cameras; plus X half also features an optical viewfinder, which perfectly complements the upright 3:4 format rear LCD. - TWICE THE FUN: FUJIFILM X half’s 2-in-1 mode will make content stand out in a sea of single images, by allowing you to combine two visuals into one. Whether it’s two images, two videos, or one of each, it’s so easy to do – just make the first visual, pull the Frame Advance Lever, make the second, and then X half combines the two into one shareable file. Think of the possibilities for blog, social content, and instant sharing! - VAST CREATIVE OPPORTUNITIES: FUJIFILM X half features 13 Film Simulation modes and 26 filters, all inspired by analog film looks. The Film Simulation modes – which are available on every X Series camera – harness Fujifilm’s 90-year heritage to tell your stories. Choose from classic film stocks including the vibrant, color-rich Velvia, much-loved CLASSIC CHROME, or black & white ACROS, amongst many others. The camera’s filter settings give a creative edge with options including LIGHT LEAK, EXPIRED FILM, and DOUBLE EX. – perfect for recreating looks from the days of film. - A FILM-INSPIRED EXPERIENCE: Relive the experience of making images with a roll of film thanks to X half’s Film Camera mode. Choose the Film Simulation, then the number of images you’d like to make (36, 54, or 72), and start creating! You won’t be able to review the images until the ‘roll’ of film is complete, letting you stay in the moment and create without any distraction. Once complete, head to the dedicated X half app to develop the images or put the card in your computer to start sharing.

  • Expensive but Worth It
Size: Camera Only Color: Charcoal
Honestly a bit expensive in my opinion but its a very fun & easy camera to use. This is NOT for professional photography purposes. This is made to capture life’s brightest, funniest moments & all the good times when hanging out with friends & family. In my opinion, this is awesome for traveling. I bought this for my wife since I shoot with my Sony A6700 & she has a blast using this. This camera only shoots JPEG files. Will not shoot RAW. 64GB SD Card is more than enough for this camera as it only has a 18MP Sensor. All though its software is a bit laggy, it is very simple to use & makes it even more fun to use. The X-Half app is also simple to use. If all you want to do is capture life’s little moments, great memories & have film like images to story tell, then this is the camera for you. (Great for scrap booking as well). If you want to shoot professionally, get an APS-C or Full Frame Camera & edit your images on your computer. Overall, 5 Stars for my wife & I. Hope this helps. ... show more

  • Film Feel, Modern Simplicity: Loving the Fujifilm X-Half
Size: Camera Only Color: Silver
I’ve been into photography for years and recently picked up the Fujifilm X-Half in silver—honestly, it’s one of the best camera purchases I’ve made in a long time. I wanted something small enough to take everywhere but still capable of producing high-quality images, and this camera fits that need perfectly. Setting it up was quick and straightforward. Fujifilm’s menus are easy to navigate, and the physical dials make changing settings feel intuitive and tactile. I was out shooting within minutes of unboxing it. Despite its compact size, the X-Half feels solid in the hand and looks beautiful in silver—it has that classic Fuji style that makes you want to carry it around. What really makes this camera shine is the image quality. The photos are sharp and vibrant, with great dynamic range, especially for such a compact form. But what takes it to the next level is the film simulation mode. Being able to switch between different film looks—like Classic Chrome, Acros, or Velvia—adds a ton of creative flexibility. The JPEGs straight out of camera often don’t need any editing, which is a huge plus when traveling or shooting on the go. I’ve also started experimenting with custom film recipes, and it’s a lot of fun dialing in a look that matches the mood of the moment. I mainly got the X-Half for travel and pocket-carry, and it’s been fantastic in that role. It slips easily into a coat pocket or small bag without weighing me down, and it’s discreet enough that I feel comfortable using it in public without drawing attention. Whether I’m walking through a city, out on a hike, or just hanging out with friends, it’s always ready to go. The portability alone makes it worth it—but the fact that it takes such beautiful images makes it a camera I truly enjoy using. If you’re looking for a camera that’s small, powerful, and just plain fun to shoot with, the Fujifilm X-Half is a winner. ... show more

  • There are better cameras for the price
Size: Camera Only Color: Charcoal
Interesting camera but not interesting enough to justify the price. The camera build quality is nice but the main build material is plastic and it feels like plastic. This is made very noticeable with the film advancement lever which is a shame for the price. The camera only outputs JPEGs which is fine but the film recipes aren't adjustable which is a shame for the price. The menu navigation isn't slow but it definitely shows that a cheaper processor was used which is a shame for the price. The built-in flash is only an LED which is a shame for the price. ... show more

  • This is a really fun camera
Size: Camera Only Color: Silver
I started dabbling in photography when I was 12. I had an old Nikon fm10 and for years I loved that camera. I haven't used film in a very very long time but this is a fun way to relive that nostalgia. I love all of the settings as well as "film mode" which is just a really fun blast from the past. I'm still learning all of the modes and settings and I love how compact it is. If you're a camera fan this is a fun piece to add to any collection. ... show more

  • This camera is a Blast !!! I love it
Size: Camera Only Color: Black
Love, love, love this camera…. Forget the negative reviews that were posted before the final release, this camera brings back extra fun into photography. The system of shooting film and not knowing if you got the shot, then developing the film on you device, I use an iPad Pro… and watching it go from a proof sheet of negatives to positives in minutes blows me away. Look, it’s not a 100F or newer and it’s pretty much bare bones but darn it…. It’s a BLAST!! Make sure you use the film advance lever when shooting in film mode!.. I have shot about 20 rolls of “film” so far and it’s great, the digital images are crisp as well. Defensively worth the bucks! ... show more

  • Awful camera that is poorly designed and executed.
Size: Camera Only Color: Silver
I feel as if Fuji played a practical joke on its customers. This is a terrible camera. The film feature is great but the processing feature, where Fuji thought it was cute, turns out to be an annoyance that I can’t get over it. The camera lags. The flash is so terrible, Fuji would be better off just leaving the flash out of the camera. I wanted a fun camera, and where I still use film cameras for fun, I thought this would be a great experience, it’s nothing like film. The menus and the screens of the camera are poorly designed. This camera is going back. ... show more

  • Too expensive for too small package
Size: Camera Only Color: Charcoal
This camera can definetely get some clean shots but most of the film simulations and effects aren’t that viable or have much of a usecase. Feels different color than other models. And you can adjust custom white balance Kelvin but no shift makes no sense to me. While the camera is very light and compact, it doesn’t justify the price at all. ... show more
