I purchased this camera as “Refurbished-Excellent Condition” and it is excellent indeed! I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and the camera appears to be brand new. I don’t detect one single blemish. I also lucked out and my camera came with the batteries. However, I had already purchased some because I knew from other reviews that the batteries are not included. A happy surprise nonetheless :) I took a “test” picture and found the camera functional for what I intend to use it for. It’s straightforward and simple to operate. I’m ecstatic to take this to the beach for my birthday and also use the selfie mirror on the front for cute pictures with my loved ones. This came right before leaving for a trip so I was so excited to use it. But lo and behold no batteries. The listing didnt say anything about that. For the price, I really thought this would come ready to go. Was very disappointed that it came without batteries. That wasn't mentioned in the listing. Nor did it mention that I would need special batteries that I don't normally have around the house. So super bummed I can't get right to trying it out and that this is purchase us actually costing $20 more than what it said the price was because I have to add batteries. It came clean and nicely packaged tho. I may check some prices and just return this and buy brand new instead. ... show more

Love this camera! Takes amazing pictures and it is an upgrade from the instax mini camera. One downside to this camera is the placement of the button to take pictures. It’s very easy to accidentally take a picture and waste film. Overall, my new favorite camera this summer

This refurbished camera arrived fast and has been working great. No marks or visible damage at all. Looks and performs like new. However, Amazon Refurbished specifically says "The products will have batteries which exceed 80% capacity relative to new and will function like new." This camera had a sticker on the box that directly said "batteries not included". I bought some CR2s at my hardware store for $15, so no big deal, but be aware! ... show more
