I bought the FujiFilm INSTAX Mini 12 Holiday Bundle in pastel blue as a birthday gift for my 11-year-old, and it has been a huge hit! The camera itself is so easy to use and perfect for young photographers just getting into instant photography. The photo development speed is impressive – the pictures start to appear within seconds and are fully developed in about 90 seconds, which adds a lot of excitement. The picture quality is great for an instant camera, with nice colors and clarity. The photos have that classic “instax” look, which my daughter loves and makes every shot feel unique. She’s had a blast snapping pics with friends and decorating her room with these mini-memories. This camera is packed with nostalgia! It seems like the younger generation are ready and willing to explore our world of primitive gadgets... and this camera does not disappoint! This is a nice change from just having pictures on the cellphone. My daughter thinks it's fun to take spontaneous photos, then put them on the fridge! I love that this bundle comes with everything she needs so I didn't have to go looking for accessories (and possibly buy the wrong items for it). The fuzzy carrying pouch is exceptionally cute and needed! Awesome!

This is a really solid bundle that would make for a great gift although I do wish Fuji included more than 10 sheets of paper which I think is a little limited. Build quality is a bit on the plasticky side but that’s to be expected for what is mostly a toy camera. With that said, I think it takes reasonably good pictures that have that ‘instant’ look to them and they look quite nice printed out on the small sheets of film/paper. The photo album is cute and a nice addition to the bundle, as is the little carrying sack and the whole package is just fun and my niece is really enjoying using it even though she has a phone that takes arguably better pictures. It’s a fun novelty item and a good way to introduce younger people to the joys of photography.
