I bought these to take with us to Disney World and they worked perfectly! Wasn't a super fast charge but I was able to use my phone while attached when needed. We even swapped them out for fully charged rods at the end of the day for no cost at one of the kiosks in the park.

I went to Disneyland for 2 days and realized I left the cord to charge my phone at home!!! If you've been to a Disney park in the past several years, you're aware you use the app ALL DAY for ride reservations, to order food, check ride wait times. You burn through your phone's battery really quickly! A Disney cast member told me about FuelRod. I was skeptical since I already had an external battery, but went to find the FuelRod vending machine. Mind BLOWN! This is the BEST invention since sliced bread!!! It comes with every little cable/adaptor you could possibly need! You re-charge your phone on the go and once the FuelRod is "dis-charged", just swap for a fully charged one! This means you DON'T have to run around trying to find places to plug in your phone and wait to re-charge, you can go, go, go- and I did! :-)

Loved that we could exchange in Disney world for a fully charged one. I however didn’t think it charged very fast and sucked the juice out faster than I’d like. Love the compact design and for the size I feel worked accordingly. Love all the options for charging ports/ connections.

I recently bought a FuelRod Kit and have been impressed with its performance. The kit includes: A USB-C to USB-C cable, which I’ve used to charge my phone without any issues A USB-C to Lightning cable (Thunderbolt), which I haven’t needed A USB-C to micro USB, which I also haven't needed A USB-C to USB-A adapter that I have used with the USB plug that came with the Magicband+ for charging during a Disney World trip. While I mainly use the FuelRod for Disney trips, I’ve found it incredibly useful for air travel as well. Living near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, I appreciate that most major airports have kiosks for easy swaps. This is especially handy if you have a short layover or need to rush to your destination. If you have time, the charger can be recharged using any standard USB-C wall charger or adapter. Overall, the FuelRod Portable Charger Kit is a convenient and reliable option for both everyday use and travel.

These are essential for Disney until a new updated method arrives for charging your devices. There are exchange vending/kiosk machines all over the parks and resorts to get a new/recharged charger for your device(s). There’s no charge to exchange the empty charger to get a new/recharged one. You can also purchase another one at the vending/kiosk machines if you want. You can charge just about anything with this including your MagicBands, cameras, phones, etc. There’s multiple adapters and tons of possibilities to charge whatever you need in an on-the-go way so you can enjoy your trip without devices dying. The charger is small enough to fit in a small crossbody bag. The timeframe and percentage of the charge ranged from which device I was charging but about 20% increase on my phone and about 30 min-1 hr depending on the device. You can press the tiny button on the bottom of the charger to check and see how much power you have left on the charger. Fantastic buy!
