I went to Soma and bought a few bras for my G cup boobs and eventually, the bra started coming apart and it wasn’t as comfortable and supportive. I was at my complete wits end because I spent quite a bit of money on them. Then I ‘found’ these and use ‘ ‘ because back in the day, my mom and aunties used to wear these bras. First off, they are SUPER SUPER comfortable and supportive. I would say this was the most comfortable bra that I can remember wearing in recent memory. The straps don’t dig in and the back is comfortable. It felt good right out the package and DUH it’s super affordable! I read reviews that said the quality isn’t what is used to be. I can believe that because the quality of things all around isn’t the best. However, I hand wash the bras in sensitive skin color free detergent, hang them to dry and rotate them and they seem to be holding up very nicely. I plan to get more in different colors.

I can't tolerate a lot of structure or constriction in a bra at this point in life (same for everything else, actually,) and have taken to wearing sports bras. However, I am a bit self conscious since I know they offee very little support or coverage. I've looked for a better alternative, and this fills the bill quite well. It's cotton, so it breathes and is comfy, but it a thicker cotton, with more support than a sports bra. And while it isn't cute, I also feel it's doesn't look like a granny bra. I usually get DD, and I found that in this one, the cups are a bit bigger than usual. If I order more (which I'm sure I will) I will probably get a D cup.

I struggle hard to find bras that will fit. I had hoped this would fit but the cup is too small even at the largest size. So it’s fine for being at home and lounging. It’s mostly comfortable. It’s a bit stretchy so when I tried to go up in the band size it had too much give. First initial wear the bra was itchy. Took a few washes before that went away.

Oddly the inner layer of the bra is rougher than the outside. I need a SOFT cotton bra for radiotherapy and this seems very rough. It does seem supportive. There is a lining under the arms that is soft. I don't now why this is not in the cups of the bra.

As a large woman, finding a bra that is comfortable AND offers great support has been a challenge,. I have had these bras a couple of weeks now, wearing them every day and am soo happy with the level of support and comfort they offer! My breasts feel lifted without wires and are not shifting toward my underarm which has always been an issue with previous bras. The straps don’t cut into my shoulders which has also been an issue in the past, because I have a long torso. I did have to set the straps at the lowest setting, but find it is a perfect fit for me. I will recommend these bras to my friends and family.

I like the bras, overall. So far, I've only tried them on and they seem to fit well and the shoulder straps are a decent width. I can tell there's going to be some concern in the cold, but I knew they were unlined going in to this adventure. Here's the caveat ... I am generally convinced bra sizing charts are just a random bunch of numbers that somehow landed together on the same page, then drew lotteries as to who got to sit in which position on the chart. According to measurements, I should have ordered a 44I. Yep. Not that my girls are legitimately bigger than my head ... they aren't even close ... but, you know, random numbers playing games with us and our girls. What I did order, however, was the cup size I normally wear (DD), but I did size up on the band (44 to a 46) after reading several reviews. These fit me correctly when using the outermost set of hooks of the 46 band. If I had ordered a 44 band I'd be telling an entirely different tale filled with woe and disappointment today because I detest doing returns. Anyway, I have also seen some concerns about odors. I got the pack with both nude and black included. The black bra does have a bit of a manufacturing dye odor, but the nude one doesn't seem to smell. I doubt that I will update after washing, but I feel fairly certain this will not be a continuing issue. However, I do think I will follow general recommendations and hang these to dry because ... outermost set of hooks already and I don't need the band to shrink. I am left wondering how many socks would have fit into the I cup ... I'm not sure I own enough socks. I may have needed to borrow some from my husband if only to avoid the return process. (This is not to poke fun at anyone with a larger chest, I'm only astounded at the unreliability of the sizing charts.)

So hard to find a cotton (95%) bra for the hot humid summers! It has enough support that you can wear it to the store, work in the yard, go to work/school, whatever, all day. It is more flattering than a sports bra, with adjustable wide straps and back hooks. Is it for date night, probably not, but the rest of the time it keeps the girls supported and dry and comfy in the summer heat!
