I bought this for a grandson for Christmas. Comes in a nice gift box. Appears to be a good quality but he has not started using it yet. If he finds the quality is not satisfactory I will come back and edit this review to indicate any issues.

Overall quality is 3.5 starts because the chain connection seems fragile. I would change the design somehow but I Love it. Holds all my cards I need to carry on a daily. Perfect color and it's comfortable.

Fabric and construction are impressive. Seems durable. Quite tight if you're trying to slip cash or receipts in once it already has 5-8 cards in it. Satisfied.

I do like this wallet, and will be keeping it, but it's not exactly what I had hoped for. There's a design flaw that when normal sized credit cards are placed in the top pocket they hang a little over the edge of the wallet. It looks bad, and means that my cards edges instead of the wallet is bumping into things. Also the little ring on the top edge is made of a plastic that feels cheap, and I would not trust to use it when I need to secure it to me. I spent the extra money and bought this wallet over some others because of the aesthetic and the name brand Carhartt which usually means quality. I'll be keeping it, but won't be using the top credit card slot on either side, and I am disappointed with the design and price. If I did it again I would go for the similarly designed Herschel slim wallet that's half the price, and is of similar or better quality.
