It comes without any instructions on how to install, which is why I knocked a star off. It does require drilling holes in the bumper; but seems to to be working nicely.

    • Plate got bent on first carwash
It does nothing to protect the plate in a carwash. I bought a better replacement and will have to send this directly to the trash.
