The authors obviously have extensive childcare and childcare center management experience. The book is full of excellent advice that is time-tested and easy to implement. Before finishing the book I was already adopting their methods and seeing changes in my own personal time management and relationships with staff and parents. You can tell that the authors have extensive knowledge about the chld care industry. All the chapters are well thought out with numerous tips and tricks. This is a good book to have on hand at centers for the What Ifs, the wonders & for staff.
