I actually use this clipped to my pants during games and it lets me dry off clubs I wash, or more frequently, clean off my ball when I'm on the green. The only complaint I have is that while it's nice to have bc it's small and portable... it might be just a tad too small. Maybe half an inch larger on both dimensions would make it perfect size to handle and cover more of a clubface. ... show more

I have to mention this first: the claim that it's "Two 8" X 4" Towels in one!" is lost on me. As a matter of fact, that alone almost prevented me from buying it. But I kept thinking about. Why would a towel that you attach to your belt - for the sole purpose of cleaning your golf ball on the green - be that large? The fact is it's about 4" by 4", which makes sense. It works on the same principle as their bigger Frogger golf towel that works great for cleaning balls and clubfaces. Like that large towel, this one takes a little getting use to, specifically as to how much water to put inside the towel. The first time, I made it way too wet; put it on my belt; and proceeded to look like I just wet myself. I have found that I have to keep making the inside of the towel wet every so often during a round of golf, unlike the big towel. It does do a good job of helping to clean your ball on the green. I never carry a towel around with me, as I'd lose it quickly. It's a little pricey, especially when compared to the big towel, but it has its place and use. ... show more

This is what I need, it works great keeps my hands and shorts dry. Stays out of the way, yet is easy to use when needed. Clips to a belt loop or bag for use at the green. Stay wet inside and dry outside, perfect for the job!

I squeezed some water from my wet towel, no a lot, just enough to wet the inside, put it inside my pocket with the with the opening up, leak from the bottom seams. took it out and because was a little dry squeezed a little more water from my wet towel, hang it from my left front belt loop and got my pants a little wet. PRO = it really helps to clean your golf ball when on the green. the only CON = it does not hold the water. Second time update: on my second time playing golf, apply just a little water, and while hanging from my pant's belt loop, did not drip any water, however, I had to squeeze a little more water after nine holes, it works great. ... show more

I really like this small golf pouch for cleaning golf balls during a round. It is very convenient and gets the debris off of my golf ball quickly. Just pour a small amount of water in the pocket at the start of your round and you are all set. Their is a barrier between the inner and outer portions of the pocket to keep your gloved hand dry while using. ... show more

    • Convenient way to be able to clean your ball and clubs.
I got this as a gift and thought I wouldn't like it, but have found after using it, it's not that bad. I actually clip it to my belt loop and it's small enough to not affect me while walking or swinging my clubs. You add water to the inside and very little goes to the outside surface where it doesn't get my pants wet, yet hold moisture for at least 9 holes before needing to add water again and it isn't a lot of water as there seems to be little evaporation. After losing so many towels or forgetting to take it with me to the green, this is a nice solution. I still keep a towel clipped to my bag for additional cleaning if necessary. ... show more
