My stove came damaged And still can’t get a response from anyone to return the item. Not happy at all. But the stove is nice. My photo isn’t downloading right now with the damages.

The stove is basic but works well. I love that the lip around the stove top is easier to clean than older stoves made by this company. When the item arrived I was concerned about damage of the product because the box look like it came from a war zone; all beat up and many signs of damage. When I opened up the box the stove actually was dented in the rear of the stove but I wasn’t going to mess with returning it. The large dent would be concealed when it was slid back by the cabinets and the damage didn’t effect the operation of the drawer or heating elements. So far, it’s a nice stove. I bought this range because my old one was broken, worn out, and etc...took a couple days for it to get here but wow was it worth the wait. AM Trucking is amazing, they had the electrical cord with them, paid $80 for installation and for the cord, but it was better, would've been more expensive if I went to anyone else. ... show more

The only dislike was the wait time to get the delivery several weeks due to delivery chain however the delivery guys were awesome the oven was perfect mom loves it
