I received this as a gift and the first box was great. Then they were just ok, the last box was months late, repeated emails with no response. It always has 1 really decent thing in it for a big fan then rest is like trinkets.

Screamed with excitement when I got my box! Sad that it wasn't shipped inside another box because it came slightly dented. As for the merch: Love the sweater! Best colors and material but I wish the word FRIENDS was in white so that it was immediately recognizable. I also wish socks and hat weren't winter themed so merch could be worn year round. Also Rachel's face is a bit.....unsettling..... Regardless.... LOVE the box!!! Cant wait for next one! ------------------------------- 2nd box recieved I am very happy with its contents. I wish that instead of postcards it was another notebook or novelty pen. Otherwise its stuff I havent yet seen so I am pleasantly surprised. ... show more

I got the spring 2020 box and that may be why it was so terrible but I immediately because I didn't want to waste my money. The only really worthwhile item was a small stuffed Marcel. There are post it notes shaped like a guitar that weren't terrible. There is also a spiral bound notebook with, "Welcome to the real world! It sucks, you're gonna love it," on the cover in a white block font on black. I may have liked that if it weren't so boring of a design. There was cheap brooch and a plastic cup made to look like a pop can with a thumb printed on the back. There was also a set of the cheapest poker chips I've ever seen. The worst thing is the thin sublimated faux hockey jersey. It looks really cheap and isn't something I would ever wear. If I saw these items in the store, the only one I would buy is the stuffed Marcel and I wouldn't spend more than $8 on it. Save your money and just buy the Friends items you actually want other places. ... show more

I love getting my box every few months! So much fun stuff and have loved everything! Hoping for a sweatshirt or something for warmer weather this time but have received a beach towel, cup, shirts, stickers, candle, collectibles. I just love getting this surprise box! Update: I just received the April 2021 box and it too is AMAZING!!!! This is my 3rd or 4th box and I think they get even better with every new box!!!!!! I added a pic for this months. It's the red one. By far the best subscription box I have ever subscribed to. Every single item is super cute, great quality and functional. I thought I had every item of Friends merch they made until I got this box. Most of the items are not items of Friends stuff you see everywhere. For example, the chick and the duck salt and pepper shakers! Definitely a first for me and they are adorable! I have included a picture of everything that came in the Fall 2020 box. You can choose your size for clothing and the sizes are unisex. I couldn't even throw away the box it came in. I had a hard time throwing away all of the smaller boxes the merch came in, inside the big box! If you're hesitant, go for it! You can always cancel your subscription if you don't like your first box. Also, since each item comes individually packaged, give the items you don't like away as gifts to other Friends fans. ... show more
