Waning to write this review for other soon to be mommas! I was not sure what size, for reference, when I gave birth I was 252 lbs, 5’4”. I got XL and they fit great! Still kept the pad snug without feeling tight. I NEEDED these in the hospital, because for a bigger girl those hospital ones are NOT one size fit all, they didn’t even go over my bum. In about 2 weeks I dropped to 223 lbs and still wearing the XL. They stretch but not in an uncomfortable cut off circulation kind of way. I thought these were going to be absorbent underwear for postpartum bleeding. They are just stronger mesh underwear. I got L/XL. I am not that big, but yhey run small around the waist which is not somewhere you want a ton of pressure after having a baby.
